<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Rod Thorn said it in as many ways as possible Tuesday: Lawrence Frank is his coach now and for the foreseeable future. The problem, he said, is not a coaching problem, but a playing problem. Thorn said Frank does "a terrific job"..."an outstanding job"..."a good job". As for the players, team personnel believe Thorn is leaning toward "riding it out", rather than making major deadline moves. On Wednesday, Jason Kidd added his own Frank endorsement. And the Sez is willing to offer his diagnosis.</div>

Ummmmm yea.

I agree with Kidd and Thorn, I think Frank has been doing a good job, I think he is a catalyst for the team's chemistry. I read a while back of him taking full responsibility for a loss. Kidd has been playing great, Carter is still putting up top scoring numbers in the league, but Nenad got injured, RJ got injured, so there have been difficulties.

Franks isn't that bad of a coach, but he needs to make smarter plays. He has done enough for this organization and we need to part ways.

Just be careful what you wish for, because it may be tougher than you think to get a solid head coach. I mean, I know Nets fans complain about Frank a lot, but he's nowhere near one of the worst coaches in the league. And if you don't got a line on an established head coach, you'll probably be scouring the list of assistants (who are much more risky).
