I miss the old Nets posters more than anything else from JBB (Henacy, nextlevelgame, etc.) + KC and pegs from here. But we still have a solid core of guys here, and it looks like Petey is super-active again, which is always a good sign. We need cpaw back though. I wonder where he disappeared to...

i think there is a big misconception of who owns the team... bruce is majority owner... and jay z is a minority owner.... the new arena is owned by bruce ratner... tryin to get it paid by tax exemptions...

i think if the arena doesnt get built... ratner is gonna sell it... i dont kno y the steinbrenners got rid of the nets they should kept em... and have a 200 million payroll

One or two posters don't represent the entire board. I like Mr. Montross; I consider him a friend (as far as one can make "friends" on an anonymous internet bulletin board; but let's face facts: He's our resident grump.

Hey this should be a good thing between Blazer fans and Nets fans on this board.

Net fans have been here a while, posted, built up a solid community. A group of Blazer fans recently jump on to the site and create some activity. I figure I get caught up on the esatern conference by coming to this board and you all can surf/post on the Blazer board for good western conference talk. Maybe another big gorup from another team comes into the picture.

There will be some bantering, but all in good fun and towards the goal of keeping this site lively. Sure there are plenty of things to break out about the cities and organization from each side . . . and to a point it is fun. Heck even with montross . . . never took the player seriously why would you take the poster seriously. : )

Anyways I look forward to some lively chat and smack if need be . . . but it's all good.
