Combining our draftees & euros, we essentially have a 5-man unit with Lillard/Barton/Claver/Freeland/Leonard.

Excluding our clear starters, we have another 5-man unit with Smith/Williams/Babbitt/Hickson/Thomas.

Pretend we hold a competitive scrimmage between the two units--how would it go? Where would advantages be for either team? How long would you watch before you broke into tears?

Kurt Thomas would throw a pick so hard on Meyers Leonard his kids would feel it, While Hickson would go all robo-dunker over Freeland ... The Williams-Barton thing would be an interesting matchup because of their Memphis connection, and then Lilliard would eat Nolan Smith's lunch on drives to the basket ... as he charges headlong into a set Kurt Thomas who would hit him so hard his kids would feel it.

Edge to the vets ... at least in the first month of practices.

Oooh, fun. This is way better than work

IMO

Lillard>Smith
Barton=Williams
Claver<Babbitt (right now)
Freeland<Hickson
Leonard>Thomas

Elliot williams will sky dunk over Barton, come on now MM! That kid is going to be special this next season.

I want to see this scrimmage!

I give the advantage to reserves over Eurookie team. Lillard is the only ready to go talent, maybe Freeland.
