No love for James Jones? A Blazer team with Jones and Howard would have dominated the NBA this year.

I complained about getting rid of him, too. Injuries took the sting out of losing the best shooter we've had in at least 10 years.

Do you not realize that the NBA has never been a well rounded league? The chances of the teams you mentioned winning championships has ALWAYS been low. It's rare for teams like Portland to win championships, but it happens. is OKC a great big market city? Them winning would have been a win for the little guys.

NBA will never be a rounded league without a hardcap like Hockey. That hard cap goes against the superstar market that Stern has turned this league into so I doubt very much we will ever see it.
