It's true that he wrecked his SUV and injured himself but as of right now he has not been charged with reckless or DUI or anything of that nature.

Single car accident...no property damage, no one injured but him. Even if he was under the influence, we’ll never know as they’ll keep that under wraps.

I just hope it wasn't pain killers that made him nod out and wander across those lanes...sucks that he crushed both legs...I'd say his career is toast but he's had so many surgeries I wouldn't count out opiates in his case..the sheriff said it'd be awhile before they know but he wasn't obviously impaired other than crushed in his car...I'd imagine a crash like that would be pretty sobering
