Not too shabby. You should try and make a text effect and it might look better. The text is bad.
 
Text isn't THAT bad Capt. Comeback..I like it, cept the background could be more Giants themed.
 
I love everything but try messing with the colors. Maybe a pic effect to belnd it well with the brown.
