Not sure who creates the rules for these things.

But at this point, there should be a rule where you minus (-) two points and plus (+) one point so you're constantly moving the overall vote count down to a point where there will be a finality. Otherwise we'll be here for another week just getting LMA down to zero, and then Oden and Roy will have 75 votes and we'll be another month getting those down to finality.
