To Tank Or Not To Tank

It is always a hot topic around here every spring. Pros and Cons to both approaches if you ask me. Looks like Cuban was for the Tank method this season. I don't think it has the negative ramifications some on here think. Nobody is NOT going to sign there because of this right? Returning players have probably already forgot about it.
