What did Trump do to save the ACA? He kept telling us he'd repeal and replace it and we'd see his plan in two weeks. We still don't have it.

This is what I mean about Vance having a tough job trying to be Trump's shield. Trump's policies were so all over the place and even now you don't know how his whims will influence what he does in office.
