"The City Council is scheduled to honor the Portland Timbers on Wednesday .
That's when the council will pass a resolution declaring Jan. 20 to be 2015 MLS Champion Portland Timber Soccer City USA Day to commemorate winning the championship last year."

Well then clearly the only way to find out is to call Goodyear and find out exactly what date this was taken...
