Tony Parker avaiable: Spurs lookin for a good draft pick?

living down here Duncan is expected to sign another deal for 2-3 more years, then most likely retire. as SPD said, he's not interested in even talking to other teams. Doubt they blow this team up by trading #5 vote getter in the race for MVP this season.

He may be expected to sign it but would it really be that surprising if he retired at the end of the year? Retiring quietly before a big decline kind of like the franchise player before him kind of fits.

Of course they are looking for a high pick.

The Spurs management are top-notch.

However...

Parker is 30 but he's an old 30. A LOT of milage on that body. Like Kobe, he has played heavy minutes since the age of 19.

An easy pass IMO.
