Actually to be honest, it doesn't matter who we draft. They won't play for at least half the season outside of garbage minutes and as soon as they start under producing they'll be benched for another 15 games or so.

Right now, he's "overrated", I guess. He settles on the outside waaaay too much. When he's off, he doesn't always help all that much. And when his shooting is off, he doesn't go down low to post up, or draw a foul...he just shoots some more. One game, he actually went 4-16 FROM THREE. That's bad. He's undisciplined. His man defense is suspect. Foul
trouble is bad for him.

Straight up, he's got some growing to do. And he'd be more of a project than Kevin Durant is.

See, Greene got 19 points here. nice, right? No. 8-21 from the field (about less than 40%). 3-12 from three (25%). That's probably an average shooting night for him. And this was against Seton Hall.

The top 15 of most mock drafts I've seen doesn't have any seniors but for Hibbert so there goes the usual Nets strategy of picking up experienced older college players. So we will probably be picking up a young project type player. My vote goes to 2 international players, Gallinari and NI's fave Batum. I also wouldn't be too crazed if OJ Mayo can be had since he still has time to grow up a bit and is supposed to be a pretty intelligent young man who got a 29 on his act's.

Thanks for the merge Mods. I should've just resurrected my original thread i guess.

was watching the Pitt game yesterday and Sam Young completely stoodout to me. His not a star but a solid role play who can come off the bench and provide a spark on both offense and defence. Most draft site, compare him to a young James Posey, his definately a Lawrence Frank guy, works hard and is tough look out for him in tonights game against Louisville
