Tornado near Tacoma

I swear I don't remember ever having tornadoes this side of the mountains until the last couple years. Apparently a tornado hit near Tacoma this morning....

The picture of the car sitting on a section of roof is a little disconcerting. Do we need to start putting cellars in so we've got shelter during tornadoes?

I remember being in high school with minor tornado touchdowns. they may be getting worse though.
