PER is a screwy stat anyways. Is Sergio really better than Batum? How abou Diogu is he better than Batum? They have higher PER's than him.

PER doesn't really account for defense. If you don't consider defense, Batum has been pretty poor this year.

Diogu is better than Frye. Dear Lord... Frye has been one of the worst players I've seen this season in the NBA.

As for Bargnani: he's like a good version of Frye. He'd help this team, but not if we add Lee and not at the expense of anything of significant value.

tbh I want nothing to do with Bargnani, and I don't see how Lee can help us that much.

Give me a Caron Butler, or Gerald Wallace

While I agree that Butler and Wallace would be phenomenal additions, David Lee would provide a big spark off the bench with his rebounding and ability to score inside. I'd like to think that Diogu could be that kind of player, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Bargnani is flat-out terrible unless you look through the dinosaur-shape glasses of Chuck Swirsky, then he's Dirk Nowitski.
I would not touch Bargnani at all.
