People have been talking about Durants specific injury and how it can easily derial your entire career if you dont let it fully heal and come back to soon. It really looks like Durant might have come back to soon.Foot problems can be the end of a career. This is not good news for any player to deal with.
Most definitely bad timing. What happens if he does not come back this year? Does he come back in a Wizards Jersey?Wow, sounds like they tried to rush him back too soon twice. I remember when Martell broke his foot in preseason. They brought him back for one game in December and he lasted 5 minutes before he went down again for the season. Of course, CJ has broken his foot a couple times. These injuries don't seem to be career threatening, but they do seem to take quite a while to heal properly.
He needs to just shut it down, let it heal and comeback next year. It's his contract year and if he can shown he's healthy, he's bound to get multiple max. contract offers and could either leave OKC outright, or force a sign and trade.

If we had drafted him, this would have happened his rookie year.
Also, Oden would probably be dominating and the Seattle Supersonics would still exist.
Oden should donate his foot to Durant. Then at least part of him can have a NBA career.
Oden already has a part that has had an NBA career
We should've drafted Horford so Seattle/OKC could've bombed with Oden and Durant would be in the Eastern conference out of our view.
The Nude Baller Association?
You're thinking BBC.
