Not a fan of the text or the colors but the BG is plain to my liking. I like plain BG's like that.

</div>Not bad - u just need to add some more detail. For the text - u gotta do better than just plain white - figure out some way to spice up the text.You can also add some patterns or something. In a lot of my sigs I add blurred shapes like://////////////////// or ************** or .................. w/e - they all look nice.You could also add a gradient over the WHOLE sig (not just the back ground). As for the render, you've got some nice effects - I dunno what else u could do to improve the render - so you can just leave that alone.Other than that - it's a solid sig; nothing special, but its just a good solid sig.

Should I add patterns around the text?</div>im not feeling the second render.and I'd take the text from V1 and put it on V2.
 
text isnt strong enough, there should be some more lighting, and more sub-colors, maybe some dark blue tent. Both are very plain.
