Only reason I see for the Braun deal is that they will use him to rest Fox down the stretch. Otherwise, he's useless. Or to send to Hatford if they move Lundkvist.

That's pretty lame if Drury gets outbid by Vegas or Boston on Rakell when they have a 1st and an extra 2nd which neither of the others do.

I'd rather keep our picks because I figure they will trade Kravtsov with Lundkvist in a deal for a new center or Chytil instead of Kravtsov and dump Strome after the season. No reason to piss away any picks until you feel your team is that close. Drury has done a ton right this year. He's done in one year what retard Gorton couldn't ever figure out. Shame JD made a moronic decision to support Gorton. JD got Panarin here and basically did the entire draft his first year. Gorton with his history of euro pussy love would have never traded up for Schneider or traded Lias for Cuylle.
 
The facts Gravy you retard is that while Sather started off like an imbecile, he basically put together the best stretch of playoff runs in the franchises history. In 1994 they took it all but basically they sucked most of the other years. The Rangers under Sather for a long time were contenders every year. Copp and Motte - thank god Drury gets it and understood what he had to do. Added a rugged dman also to upgrade 3rd pair. Winning day for us and Drury.
