Can a limp boner person perform at a high level while under limp boner therapy? Or recovering from penile pump implants?

If you were sending a relief squad into Benghazi to extract the Ambassador and the Consulate personnel, would it be beneficial to have a limp boner person on Viagra in the squad?
Should the mission commander have to consider the possibilities of the above question?

If they're good at their job, they will improve the combat efficiency of their unit, regardless of whether they're transgender or not. The military needs good people.

Gender Dysphoria is a mental illness.

There are thousands of medical conditions, and mental illnesses that make a person "unfit to serve". So I think people suffering from that would be deemed unfit to serve.

Once you sign that contract though, anything that happens to you, the government is responsible for. So if you lie when you join, and they can't prove you lied, then there's nothing the government can do about it.

So this isnt really stopping them from joining, it's just another mental illness in a long list of other mental illnesses that would prevent someone from serving.

Well since ptsd is the number one killer in the military, and erectile dysfunction is a symptom of ptsd, that would make a lot of sense. Because like, there's a lot of people with ptsd in the military, and like, not very many transgender people in the military. Like, way more than five times as many transgender people.

Of course a person can't join if they have HIV. Idk about diabetes, but I would assume not.

Recruiters tell people joining, to shut up about a lot of pre existing conditions. You can be disqualified for a lot of stuff.

Wow, so much concern over this issue, I find it ridiculous. Social experimentation has no place in the military. To force the social dysfunction that the left champions upon US fighting forces is an unwanted and an needed distraction.
 
Trump took another dump. What the fuck is wrong with him? This is disgraceful and against the values of our country. He has just alienated the whole LGBT community and everyone who stands with them. This was a stupid move. It's like he is trying to see how much he can get away with. How far he can push it. I bet his base are loving this. But, Trump is only digging his hole deeper. You fuck with America, America is going to fuck back.

I think this statement shows your misunderstanding of what it is to be transgender.

It's not an aptitude. It's not a skill or ability. I have no idea why you would call it that.

They allow people in the military with less than perfect vision. Do you think someone should be allowed to have lasik eye surgery to correct their vision while they're in the military? Trans people are born one way and they want to go through a procedure to improve their lives.

Essentially this is same exact argument made by those who were opposed to desegregation in the military. Same shit was said before DADT was repealed as well. We were told by people of your mindset the sky would fall. Well?

Yeah except skin color isn't a mental illness.

I was in the military when DADT was repealed, and no one cared. It wasn't a big deal.

So you don't see it as a desirable skill, ability or attribute. Just people that need improvement. Well ok. Is the military there to preform this function? Or Provide the fighting force?

Transgender is not a mental illness. Actually neither is bigotry, just an undesirable trait.

Trump's attorney general won't resign no matter how much he's insulted. Trump can't get over losing popular vote 8 months after election. The Russia investigation is getting close to him and his family. North Korea is thumbing their nose. The Republican party is fracturing over how many people they should take health care away from. The tax cuts for the rich are not passed. His supporters are losing patience. The international community is just moving on without him. So he needs a new target. A supposedly easy target. Attack transpeople and the religious right will rise up and call him blessed.
