Complaining that Watford isn't good enough to care about losing is pretty sad.
Some might think he is not good enough to start or be a role player on a contender, but a lot of others don't agree. What is true: he's young and cheap, he's improved each year (especially his shooting), he's a glue guy on the court and in the locker room, this team needs all the size they can have, and there's at least a couple other guys on the roster that appear to be obviously less valuable than TWat.
As far as the nickname goes, those that are questioning it, I'm gonna assume, have never been on a team or in a locker room. That nickname would be an obvious name given on 99.9% of all teams.

Like, why write this? Lol

Lol considering the things you outraged about let's not say other outrages are cute.
When I say cute it's not meant as demeaning. I really think it's sweet that we as a fan base tend to fall in love with guys like Watford. I get crazy about big time hypotheticals that are not at all likely. That's because I'm really neurotic but it's not cute. It's cute that people actually give a fuck about a guy with almost no ability to impact wins and losses. Again not belittling everyone that loves Trendon just commenting that it's weird because he's inconsequential but it makes sense because our Blazers are the only game in town.

and a set free society....

I wonder if I can take Watford's place on the Blazers summer league team?

This is T-Wat's replacement.

Rumors have been swirling that Watford's time with the Portland Trail Blazers came to an abrupt end because he started acting like he was on a high horse, refusing even the humble task of assisting the janitorial staff with cleaning urinals. It's a sad day when a player's arrogance overshadows their abilities. In Watford's case, his refusal to lend a helping hand to the janitorial staff in the arena spoke volumes about his shifting attitude. While some players understand the importance of humility and camaraderie, Watford seemed to have embraced a sense of entitlement that set him apart from his teammates and ultimately sealed his fate. By turning his back on the janitorial staff, he missed out on a chance to be part of something bigger—a team that extends beyond the confines of the court. The willingness to perform even the most mundane tasks with humility and gratitude can foster unity and create a positive environment for everyone involved.

No longer able to overlook his inflated sense of self-importance, the organization made the difficult decision to release him, severing ties with the once-promising star. It serves as a cautionary tale for aspiring athletes—remember that success is a delicate balance of talent, hard work, and a genuine respect for others.
Ahhh now the move makes much more sense, thanks for the explanation!

Pretty sure they can sign Watford to a vet min contract later if nothing materializes. At this point they saved some money to use elsewhere but as said, can always circle back if he is available.

That will cost more money then keeping him on the roster...

You would think people that spend so much time on a forum would have basic reading comprehension, T-Wat =/ Twat.

This is as close to a jlprk post as you've written so far! Not a bad attempt!

I don't understand this move at all. I haven't read the all the posts in this thread so someone please enlighten me if you can. This is just bizarre.

It seemed like he and Shaedon were tight too. Stupid move if it pisses off Sharpe.

Sharpe's buddy on the team was GPII last season, if he was going to be pissed it's already happened.

He'd be playing behind Grant, Walker, and Kris. So, he's a 4th string PF. He was also 3rd string C. We have multiple backup C's we're looking at.

Before you, or anyone else, asks, Walker is a much better rebounder, and we REALLY need rebounding - that's why Walker is ahead of him.
