Some think unions are the downfall to our community. I thought unions were there to protect workers who could be exploited or taken advantage of.
We were both wrong. How is it that the union people at Tri-met got little to no raises while the non-union management got much bigger raises. I thought a union was to protect against this kind of stuff.
