It's just a bit curious to me that John Bolton - the guy who recently wrote the tell-all incriminating book on Trump - has decided to come forth and somewhat refute what the Atlantic and others are claiming. I mean, why would he do that?

This story is rapidly falling apart. It’s common knowledge at this point that the landing was cancelled because of weather.

Now even John Bolton himself, who was there and now hates Trump, is calling bullshit on the supposed comments. Said it “simply didn’t happen.”

So far not a single witness to this event is verified to even exist. The editor in chief of The Atlantic is literally the only person with a name corroborating this story - and he wasn’t even there. This is the same guy who’s written false propaganda to help cheerlead us into the last few wars and conflicts we’ve been in as well.

What about the dead soldiers though? I thought that was the big heavy accusation, that he said those things about dead soldiers?? The story seems to be morphing into a series of smaller, semi-related truths in an attempt to justify the original bombshell that is still COMPLETELY unsubstantiated.

Prove to me that Trump said dead soldiers were suckers and losers! THAT would piss me off! I don’t care about his pissing matches with McCain and various generals. That doesn’t prove he said anything about dead servicemen.
