Again... You are not understanding what "bipartisan" means. They would not be "at war" with each other if they are "bipartisan" they would be in agreement and working together to achieve a common goal. You keep describing "partisan" actions like "government shutdown" and "civil war," which is NOT and I REPEAT NOT "Bipartisan actions".
So let me ask you again... Do you really believe this government has been "weakened" when both parties are "bipartisan?"
Riverman admitted in the post you quoted that he meant partisan..
