I have loved the White House correspondents' dinner since the early 90's when I first realized it was a thing. I have to admit, I am not at all surprised that Trump wouldn't go, it fits his pussy MO. Normally the press makes sure so say a few nice things along with the jokes since the President is in the building, and the jokes only go so far. Hopefully this gives the comedians that attend carte blanche to rip Trump a new asshole in the most disrespectful fashion possible.

Most of the big corporations running these news agencies are in the tank for left leaning lobbyists, and are in lock-step with Democrats. As Trump insinuated, there is no point in him going. He would rather do his job than waste time at the dinner.

There isn't a requirement for him to go and frankly why would he? /insert analogy here. As a citizen, I would rather want my President working than going to some bullshit dinner where they're likely to make more biased headlines; "Trump uses left hand to wipe ass, right hands around the world scream racist!"
