Extreme Court appears ready to restrict voting in time for midterms. Issue is whether ballots postmarked by election day but received later should be counted. They have been for a hundred years. IRS accepts without penalty tax returns postmarked up to midnight April 15.
Republicans asked court to throw out ballots not received by election day. This can especially hurt service personnel stationed abroad. And many people want to wait because they want to be able to change their minds.
The Trump majority during arguments echoed Trump voting conspiracies. Even though 60 courts ruled 2020 election not stolen.

Department of Justice agreed to turn over voter data from states to Department of Homeland Security to search for noncitizens voting. Which simply doesn't exist. What else are they looking for? How many voters go to polls in November and find out they were deregistered?

Can't really put Trump on trial. He has immunity because the SC. He probably has already or will issue pardons for the people in his administration. So, it's going to be tough to put anyone surrounding him on trial.

They can definitely impeach him. They can also put him on trial for things he hasn't been charged with and that he didn't do as president.
