Ok, if they want to protect the innocent victims, then redact their names.

But if it says "Trump purchased 14 year old *redacted*", the 14 year old is (at least in this sense) protected.

How stupid are they? If they redact every Republican name, we will see redaction after redaction, measure length of name and speculate on who it is.

I believe they claimed they would read the list if the victims gave them a list, and iirc, they also said reading it in congress (etc) is protected speech and can't be litigated.

I would totally buy that he may have agreed to give testimony against Epstein in exchange for avoiding prosecution himself. I guess that would make him an informant.

I fully believe Trump informed the feds on Epstein. Because Epstein was pissed that Trump cheated him and was going to inform them about Trump's money laundering with the Russians.

This was in Michael Wolff's biography about Trump.

Trump might have spilled a little dirt on Epstein, but he did it anonymously through an attorney.

Trump really can't go into much detail because he would incriminate himself.
