I know the clown car analogy has been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy overused but.....I actually remember going to the circus as a very young child and being absolutely blown away by how at how many clowns could fit in such a tiny car. The photos supposedly of him working throughout his stay there there, at different points in the day, were actually taken only ten minutes apart. They are set up photo opts not "real" photos of Trump working. They are used to make it appear Trump is still hard at work despite being sick.

Now, what does this mean? It could mean he is too sick to do any actual work (not that he does any work anyway) and is trying to make it look otherwise. Maybe he is too ill to carry out his duties as president and they don't want people to see otherwise, or he is trying to repair his image and look strong.

It could mean this is all a scam. A big publicity stunt. But, I don't see that being the case. All the other republicans at the Barrett announcement that got it would have to be faking it too then right? Kellyanne really has it. Christie really has it.
