To be fair he didn't say he, he said we. Not that if cures for those happen he deserves to share credit for any of it.

I’d have to go look, but I believe an research group in Israel claimed they had a cure for all cancers in the works. Whoever does it, or if its ever done would love to see a world with no Cancer or Aids.

I love the new round of Chinese tariffs. Jackass ..Now my dollar store will be the 5 dollar store. Before instituting this policy, his administration should have set up a factory enterprise plan with incentives before we get economically strangled. Texas has a lot of useless space. The immigrants could have worked there for Chinese wages rather than be caged in pens or the public paying for a wall.

Plus, I don't see a problem making bold claims. Kennedy said we'd put an American on the moon by the end of the decade. Heck, I'm sure there were many, many who thought he was whack at the time....especially since he almost got us blown up. a month or so earlier. (Great bluff calling, though!!)

There's a problem if it's not backed up by reality. If it's just to get applause (which sounds like something he'd do), using people's health, and hopes are pretty disgusting.

OTOH, it's not like he's sitting around doing nothing. He's been a relatively active President. Some stuff good, some stuff not so good.

Mostly on twitter though. Saying things purposefully to piss off one side and rile up your fans isn't what I'd call good activity. -I'm the only kind of being facetious here.
I'm far from a socialist, or a liberal, but I have been of the opinion for years before he became the president that he was not a leader, and should not be the President (obviously that's not my call).
Even if the guy passed all the things I agreed with, and all of that he, in my opinion, would still not be a good leader, and he is not a person I would want to find myself getting behind.

When it comes to this subject he's actually actively working against Cancer research, since I believe his budget proposal cuts Cancer Research.

It's funny that if Biden had said this, A: people on the left would've laughed and chalked it up to "Old Joe30330" and B: people on the right would've pilloried him as having no idea what reality is.

Isn't that kind of politics though. Like you said if Biden said it the right would use it just like the left are. The left would laugh it off, or excuse it, just like the right is.
I'm not defending him by any stretch. Seems like the point your making isn't the lengths people would go to say he's not an idiot, but that people will see and hear what they want to.

Kennedy fulfilled his promise. We got men on the moon before the end of the decade. There will be no cure for aids or childhood cancer while he is president. Big Pharma who is deep in his pockets won't allow that. Just more lies on his part.

He is charged with assaulting someone in Sweden, I imagine while over there on a gig. He claims he's innocent but who knows.
