Melania Trump arrives in Saudi Arabia without headscarf - two years after Donald criticised Michelle Obama for showing her hair

Melania and Ivanka Trump both arrived in Saudi Arabia on Saturday without their heads covered - two years after Donald Trump criticised Michelle Obama for doing the same thing.

The First Lady and First Daughter were both dressed modestly when they alighted at King Khalid International Airport but neither wore a headscarf, as Saudi women are required to do by law.

If @MarAzul was ready to have a civil war over what Americans say about Trump he's going to declare war on England over this.

That headscarf stuff is bullshit anyway you're not some freedom fighter for not wearing it to a meeting, they don't care as long as you're dressed modestly. He just signed on some arms deal with the Saudis, which is a great idea, and something all of his supporters begged him to do. Remember the crowds chanting build the wall and sell the weapons? No? Me neither. Meanwhile the Saudis turn Yemen into a parking lot, lmao, man.

It's funny seeing his supporters now. Especially since throughout the election they took the high ground mentality like they cared about truth. Surreal.

We just sold 100B worth of weapons systems to the country that breeds and supports most of the worlds Islamic terrorism.

Winning!

And funds the vast majority of radical mosques in this country.

And gives us almost all of our oil.

For the record, I'm not thrilled about this deal. But the Saudis give us oil, and I'm willing to bet that there's a LOT of it coming our way with this deal. And as long as it doesn't cost us another goddamn war in the Middle East to get the oil, then...well....it's not like we'll get it from Venezuela.

I disagree with most Trump supporters over so many things, but I figured we would be on the same page regarding selling weapo s systems to Saudi Arabia. If Obama had done this ya'll would've losing your shit!!!!

Obama is muslim so we expected him to give weapons to Saudi Arabia. Trump sold them weapons. See the difference?

How do you think the oil is 'coming our way'? We buy Saudi oil, they don't give it to us. And if they lower the price for us, guess what - that puts American oil workers out of a job. 40% of our oil comes from here at home.

Bull shit.

The majority of our oil comes from Canada.

I'll be completely honest with you...I had no idea that Canada was our main oil daddy.

I mean....Canada? Really? I actually had to look that shit up. I knew there were strong oil reserves up there, but I had no idea they were that good.

But when I did, I found an article that might explain, in part, this deal...

Perhaps this is an attempt from Saudi Arabia to win back some economic ground? And I have to wonder if the next step would be to attempt to reestablish their oil supremacy with the West.

What is an attempt to win back economic ground? Buying weapons?

This Muslim Lady, Dr. Qanta Ahmed is a strong supporter of the reformation of Islam. I believe she also thinks the American President, Donald Trump will be a big help in getting it started.

From my studies of religion, I think it will essential to begin the reformation of Islam and if Mr. Trump can help it begin, it will be the blessing of this Century. I fear the alternative will be one hell of a war that in many ways is already upon us. Hopefully it is not too late.

I guess I should have said "reestablish economic relations with the West". I have to imagine a $100 Billion deal of any sort would be a good start to that.

Umm, their economic link to the west has been established for quite some time now.

.........

I think this was an attempt by the Saudis to reestablish economic trust with the West so that they can try and build back up their oil supremacy in the West. Their oil economy has shrunk significantly over the past decade, so I think they'll try to change that.

Sure, what harm could come of selling the Saudi's a 100B weapon system. It's not like saudi's have been envolved in terrorism
