How did they commit a crime? Even the guy who gave the report to MSNBC David Cay Johnston said he obtained them in his mailbox. You could say whoever sent it to David committed a crime unless the crazy theory David tried to claim that trump himself leaked them to try and divert attention away from all this Russia stuff, but what crime did David/MSNBC commit from sharing them?

I would like to see Rachel and her whole crew scrutinized for legality in this Nothing Burger. Tax Returns are suppose to be confidential. It is illegal for the IRS to release them, illegal to steal them,
illegal to pay for them when obtained by and unlawful act, and it sure as hell should be illegal to profit by disclosing them.
