No doubt, but it is the story of the episode.^^^ the 'committed a crime' will be completely glossed over.
How did they commit a crime? Even the guy who gave the report to MSNBC David Cay Johnston said he obtained them in his mailbox. You could say whoever sent it to David committed a crime unless the crazy theory David tried to claim that trump himself leaked them to try and divert attention away from all this Russia stuff, but what crime did David/MSNBC commit from sharing them?Man! This has to been a crappy day in the life of the Trump Hate gang.
They committed a crime only to find the dude paid! Paid more than any Democrat they can find! Shit! This won't do! Back to the drawing board. Shit!!!
said he obtained them in his mailbox.
well if there is proof he committed a crime then he should be charged but giving info one received to the press isn't a crime. That seems to be the story given these days.
Rather odd though, people are willing to commit crimes just to leave info in mailboxes.
Most people like to get paid.

Seems like those sections govern federal employees, not private citizens (or the press)."(3) Other persons
It shall be unlawful for any person to whom any return or return information (as defined in section 6103(b)) is disclosed in a manner unauthorized by this title thereafter willfully to print or publish in any manner not provided by law any such return or return information. Any violation of this paragraph shall be a felony punishable by a fine in any amount not exceeding $5,000, or imprisonment of not more than 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution."

Gotcha--for some reason I skipped section 3 (the one you quoted initially, no less). My mistake."It shall be unlawful for any person"
Errors are part of life.Gotcha--for some reason I skipped section 3 (the one you quoted initially, no less). My mistake.
As was made exceedingly clear this past November 8th.....................Errors are part of life.![]()
