Tech TUNA: How do you prepare it?

I dont eat a lot of tuna, but when I do...

Mixed a can of tuna with 1 tablespoon of mayo, then a bit more to get the right consistency. A dash of salt and pepper

On sourdough with provolone

Pickle on the side
 
Tuna melt....sourdough ...tuna with olives and fresh ground pepper...slices of bell pepper and jalapeno topped with vinegar and oil with jack cheese toasted in the oven....and no HCP...I don't want to supersize it!
Damn bro! Does that even taste like tuna after all that??

I usually have oil and vinegar on ham or Italian sandwiches
 
...sushi usually includes rice...but for me, sashimi only, thin sliced sushi grade raw tuna, ...with soy and wasabi mix.

My wife and I had our honeymoon in Okinawa....went out to lunch and for two bowls of miso soup, a pot of tea and a couple pieces of sushi the bill was a hundred bucks US....let's say overeating isn't a problem in Japan...they have McDonald's over there..you'll be fine

I bet McDonald's has some crazy burgers over there
 
Add a couple, just a couple, nothing more, of drops of hot sauce to your canned tuna. It won't make it hot or spicy but really enhances the flavor of the tuna.

You'll thank me later.
