Paris Agreement, WHO....... will we be rejoining these groups on Day 1? Shut down building the wall?
Can Biden just reverse all the bullshit? Is it just up to him to make any moves like that?

Yes, we wil rejoin the Paris Accord, WHO, and much more day 1. Biden will write several executive orders to undo the shit Trump did. No more building the wall.

In 2016, Trump spent the time between election and inauguration holding campaign rallies where his cult chanted "lock her up". Biden announced he is appointing a Coronavirus task force to recommend a comprehensive plan to combat the pandemic.

Kind of sums up the difference between them.

McConnell, Graham, Barr, Pompeo, McEnany, The entire Trump family, Mnuchin, Devos, Ben Carson, Schumer and Pelosi, all GOP reps who lied during the impeachment process for partisan reasons. Let Stacy Abrams take over for Pelosi and let someone like Mayor Pete take over for Schumer..Pelosi and Schumer failed to keep the presidents bad behavior in check and in doing so delayed things like a drastically needed stimulus package.

Typically no, but in these cases yes. The Paris Accord was never passed as a Treaty by the Senate, so it can be joined or quit by the executive branch. Similarly, the wall is being built by executive order from money Trump took from Defense - Congress didn't authorize it. So Biden can reverse that.
 
In fact there is very little Trump did legislatively, essentially nothing in the past 2 years. The tax cuts are pretty much it.
Most of the damage was done administratively. It won't be so easy to reverse it all even so.
