It seemed to be the grey haired guy who instigated things (at least from the video, and in relation to what happened to him).

I know the video starts with the black woman coming up to the one guy and pushing/hitting him, but that's not the main plot of that video.

The video also doesn't clearly show if the guy in the daft punk cos play was hit first, or if he hit first and then ran away. The guy on the bull horn (who I think was saying "get the fuck out" to Donald Trump) is shown to have a guy run up and shove him, and then the ROMA guy (his jacket says ROMA so that's what I will be calling him) shoves him again, he falls and ROMA steps on him/over him.

So in reality, based on the video, the big tough ROMA guy kind of got what he deserved. And I hate seeing ANYONE getting their heads stomped like that, no matter who they are.

I personally don't buy the "he's an old man" comment. The guy clearly knew what he was doing, and he clearly was shoving people (either in defense or as the aggressor) so it's not like he's some elderly guy who was an innocent bystander.

I'm sure there will be people (on here and online) who will come up with his back story that he's a great guy, a "Real American", or that he can't be racist since he has black grandkids or something, but it's like when someone throws rocks at a hornets nest and gets stung. Duh?

Not saying that the reaction by the people there was 100% fine, it wasn't. It just feeds into Trump narrative, and will be spun as proof the election was 'stolen'. Gotta be smarter than this.

The media is in the business of "if it bleeds it leads", so that's understandable why they cover stupid shit like the 3oo MAGA "man" march.

But D's (and progressives/liberals, etc) are easily played for fools. They fall for traps all the time. They constantly feel they have to defend the fact that 7 of the last 8 times we've had Presidential elections, the Democratic candidate had more votes. They are made to feel that they have to defend that the country is becoming more progressive, as the right spins these facts (losing 7 of the last 8 popular votes) as that it's about the country being more right and "moderate conservatives" voting for Democratic candidates.

This country is becoming more liberal. Look at the marriage laws, drug laws, criminal reform and social views on a lot of things that are the opposite of conservative beliefs.

But the right has a much better spin machine than the left, not only trying to spin that the right caused the social change in the country, when those changes are the opposite of what their core beliefs are but also against what they argue against. And the left constantly falls for it.

It's kind of like professional wrestling. The heel always will cheat, and trick the face into doing something nefarious, and the face gets caught while the heel gets away with it.

Let them have their piddely little march. We won the important election, and can now go a long way to fix the fuck ups that Trump did. Just use executive orders, as Trump (and the GOP) showed you can do that and it's perfectly fine.
 
I cannot wait for Trump to disappear into the annals of history. The fact people still take him seriously and believe him, when he is clearly and obviously a grifter, is mind numbing.

I meant Biden would win, most assuredly.

Trump campaign jettisons major parts of its legal challenge against Pennsylvania’s election results

President Trump’s campaign on Sunday scrapped a major part of its federal lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania.

Trump’s attorneys filed a revised version of the lawsuit, removing allegations that election officials violated the Trump campaign’s constitutional rights by limiting the ability of their observers to watch votes being counted.

Trump and Rudolph W. Giuliani, his personal attorney, have said repeatedly that more than 600,000 votes in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh should be invalidated because of this issue.

Trump’s pared-down lawsuit now focuses on allegations that Republicans were illegally disadvantaged because some Democratic-leaning counties allowed voters to fix errors on their mail ballots. Counties have said this affected only a small number of votes.


Cliff Levine, an attorney representing the Democratic Party in the case, said on Sunday evening that Trump’s move meant his lawsuit could not possibly change the result.


“Now you’re only talking about a handful of ballots,” Levine said. “They would have absolutely no impact on the total count or on Joe Biden’s win over Donald Trump.”

Kathy Boockvar, Pennsylvania’s Democratic secretary of state, submitted a court filing in response to the Trump campaign’s actions reiterating her request for the judge to dismiss the lawsuit.

The shift comes amid a string of losses in the Trump campaign’s post-election legal effort, which claimed without evidence that voter fraud, irregularities and rule-breaking led to Biden’s victory. The flurry of post-election litigation has affirmed the integrity of the election: Many of the complaints have been tossed, and not a single vote has been invalidated.

WTF!? The media reports European spikes. He needs a permanent vacation. How about our people? He hasn't done anything for us! Instead of pouting and acting like a petulant child, he should renew his "war" on Covid-19 but we know how he operates.
