Bad news on that front--Senate Democrats are apparently "wary" of getting rid of the legislative filibuster. So anything that can't be passed via reconciliation could be filibustered by Republicans.

I think that if they retain the filibuster, it's a bad decision. Republicans will get rid of it the moment they absolutely need to pass something and control all three chambers. Democrats are just letting Republicans decide when that happens.

Of course, having the Senate majority (with the tie-breaker) has the very huge effect of being able to place judges. No filibuster for judicial appointments. Hopefully Breyer will step down within the next two years so Biden can replace him.

Not to mention, there are a number of things that could pass with almost all Democratic votes and a few Republicans, and McConnell won't be able to prevent votes anymore.

Love it! I just got my keyboard shipped here today, as well as some old gear. Also picked up a new amp today and have my guitar on the way. I'm rusty as hell, but it was fun to play the piano a bit today. Maybe I'll learn this one.
