I don't look at it that way. While I do see your point (and even agree that Trump must be removed from office for the good of the country). I see the problems with both candidates, not just one of them. Therefore, even if I see one candidate as worse than the other, I still see both as bad, and worthy of contempt.
Not certain why I'm relating this, but a Black colleague/friend of mine and I were chatting on the phone the other day. He lives in Memphis. Anyway, Kamala came up near the of our business discussion. He told me he used to live in Cali while she was AG there. He then went on to tell me that she hates Black men...and he reiterated, "She HATES Black men!" He received a phone call, so we couldn't elaborate on that, but my guess is, apparently, she was pretty heavy-handed when dealing with Black crime there. Not certain. Anyway, I'm gonna find out what he meant by that strong statement. Oh, and I told him that I had been enlightened in a message board (here) that she's actually Black, despite the fact that her parents are Jamaican/Indian. He was pretty taken aback by that remark, as well. He then surprised me by retorting, "No she ain't! She ain't no Negro!" I kinda just stared at the phone. Anyway, I want to drill deeper with Dirk. Stay tuned.
I don't believe that story
You have already been rebuked for this line of thinking. I probably shouldn’t even dignify it with a response so I won’t other that to tell you I won’t go here with you.Not certain why I'm relating this, but a Black colleague/friend of mine and I were chatting on the phone the other day. You don't have to. Nonetheless, it's absolutely true.
The statement was “there is little room for”. No not saying you are one. But people simply are through with him and making excuses for him. So if a statement is made defending him it will be met with resistance.I'm no Trump, nor Biden apologist.
Edit: Sorry, if you didn't mean it that way.![]()

Hope you enjoy your day.

True, but. Both parties, as well as their medias, have helped to divide America. Trump is just the end result of decades of America's two party tyranny.
for fathers of daughters and brothers of sisters, this is one of the very best ad's they've done
Someone who posts like a racist but swears they're "not a racist" asking for others to believe them...very compelling.
Salient points.
The mighty pendulum swings and our heads whip back and forth and back and forth!
At the core, I'm with you: I truly have zero optimism for the country... Privately (now not privately), I think we live in a country fundamentally divided, and I think we will remain this way FOREVER. There are dueling ideologies separating us. Just look, for instance, at what it means to "be American." Some see protests and whatnot as American, whether they disagree or not. Others say "if you don't like it, get out!" This is one complicated place.
Salient points.

another add illustrating trump's racism and misogyny since those two sins seems to be the theme over the last 10 posts or so:
My problem right now is we are so far past this?Although ABM might be telling the truth about what one person said, the fact that one person said that does not in any way prove either that Senator Harris hates black men or that any significant number of black men agree with that person.
Look up what Trump said about black men.
Have done my civic duty and dropped my ballot at the official ballot collection spot today. The spot at the Carlsbad library was delightfully easy to use - drive through ballot collection - did not even have to leave the vehicle. In and out in 2 minutes.
