He's been getting close to that in Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Dekalb, et al, counties.

Regarding Pennsylvania, there's ~850k votes left to be counted, with a gap of ~220k to make up.

I believe Biden has been picking up votes at a 75%/25% split. If that continues, Biden wins.

Some points about Nevada

• All in-person early votes, all in-person election day votes and most of the mail ballots received before election day have been counted
• The ballots left are mail ballots received on or after election day
• There are only updates once per day because "addition reporting requirements would reduce the efficiency of the county election boards"
