House minority leader Kevin Mccarthy declared Trump won.

That would require him actually working. why start now?

He's gonna prep for his new right wing conspiracy network. Already sowing the seeds with Tuker/Hannity.

Maybe he will try to bring back the confederate states and be their president

Democrats became absolutely unhinged after Trump won. Unhappy is...putting it lightly. But whatever, you do you.

I don't see the meltdowns you are talking about. At least on a large scale.

Wow. Sadly, doesn't surprise me

Tucker and Hannity have nice fat paychecks from a network that is financially solid. They ain't jumping to some new Trump network.
not coming from me

Maybe it's masochism, but I've been watching Fox a bit over the past two days, and nearly all of the personalities have deviated from the pro-Trump rhetoric.... EXCEPT for Tucker and Hannity, who have doubled down.

I'm not optimistic about that...there was a large anti-trump factor in Democratic motivation to vote. That won't be there, so much, in January unless trump is plunging the nation into a crisis. Which is possible I guess

but is there any question that these will be the two most expensive Senate campaigns in history?

No, it won't be a cakewalk....But ya gotta have faith, man.

NOBODY thought Georgia would turn turn blue in the POTUS race either.

I think it would be hilarious if it happened but I doubt it will.

It's not clear to me how to think about the runoffs. While it's true there will not be an anti-Trump surge in voters, there will also not be a pro-Trump surge. It's back to standard party politics, in that sense.

Meh, just a bunch of pissed off people running their mouths ...kinda like what goes on here.

...doubt there will be any actual organized terrorist actions...but if there is, they will be put down quickly.

...just my 2 cents.

Trump lost 4 of the top 5 states for boat ownership (CA, MI, MN and WI)

Standard party politics with like $200 million in outside funding for the candidates. People in Georgia aren't going to be able to watch live TV without seeing political adds every five minutes.

* " Senior White House and Trump campaign officials are complaining bitterly about poor internal communication, blaming colleagues, pondering what jobs they might try to get next year, and lashing out at their new enemy: Fox News.

The state of play: Aides told Axios they're dreading the prospect of Fox calling Pennsylvania for Joe Biden, which could make the conservative network the first to give Biden 270 electoral votes.

  • A Trump campaign official said the internal view was that it's essential to keep the race "optically" alive, and that if Fox were to call it, it would severely harm their efforts to support President Trump's (false) claims that he'd already won.
The incandescent anger at Fox within Trumpworld is hard to overstate:
  • Trump's advisers remain furious at Fox’s decision desk for its early call of Arizona for Biden, which was seconded by AP. Trump advisers have been unsuccessfully lobbying their contacts at the network to retract the call.
  • Fox hasn't budged. A graphic during news coverage last evening by lead election anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum: "FOX DECISION DESK STANDS BEHIND DECISION TO CALL ARIZONA FOR BIDEN."
Trump advisers are also venting at what they describe as a grossly incompetent post-Election Day operation. "I don't know what the message is," said one prominent surrogate who regularly appears on cable to defend Trump:
  • "There’s no organization or coordination. If I was to go on TV right now, I wouldn't know what the [blank] to say."
  • The source said that Trump surrogates, in the absence of official messaging and direction, have been sharing amongst themselves a tweet thread from Wall Street Journal columnist Kimberly Strassel, who wrote: "Transparency is good. Will raise confidence in outcome."
A senior administration official said: "When Bush had this issue they tapped arguably the pre-eminent statesman of his generation, James Baker, to spearhead their legal and PR efforts, to great effect. ... We rolled out Rudy Giuliani, Corey Lewandowski and Pam Bondi. You can draw your own conclusions."

* " The groundwork had been set for Trump’s denial as his leads in Election Day voting gave way to large numbers of mail votes heavily favoring Biden in key states—aides had tried to get him to understand how this was going to go, but still he was “genuinely taken aback” when it happened. Because the man couldn’t internalize the facts ahead of time.

Trump is sitting around watching television coverage of the election, fuming, and rage-tweeting basically. His advisers are reportedly trying to keep him from going out on television and saying more stuff so false and dangerous that it forces Republicans to distance themselves from him, however gingerly. But Thursday night showed how successful they are at that. (They’re not.)

Expect the Trump Rage Show to go on. But it’s the flailing rage of a loser trying to deny that he’s a loser.
