the D's have won the popular vote 7 of the last 8 presidential elections. It the antiquated electoral college that is warping the will of the majority

Some unnamed Trump administration officials suggested that the transition would be allowed to move forward as long as it doesn't become public that the president has accepted defeat.

This can also be read as "please let us continue to grift these poor and idiotic Trump supporters with our lies"

If electoral votes are part of our future, the popular vote should be graded as an electoral. Perhaps, it's value should be 55 votes as we see in Cali.

what trump is doing now just looks so insane and pointless......unless of course trump and his spawn have a plan to form Trump TV & Media after January and they want to keep the base riled up for easy conversion to market share

short of a constitutional amendment, which is never happening, this might be the best alternative

of course it's an uphill battle, 74 votes are needed and there are 75 votes in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Nevada. The D's have to claim those state legislatures though and 2020 gerrymandering on top of 2016 gerrymandering will make it a tall order
