Two election day voting heroines

In Cook County, Galicia Malone's water broke and she was having contractions every 5 minutes but got her vote in before she went to the hospital to deliver. Congratulations on your vote and new baby, Ms. Malone.

And in Florida a woman broke her leg outside her polling place but insisted on remaining in place to vote. Get well soon.

CNN had a photo of a guy in Hawaii voting. He had a wet suit on and surf board under arm. Maybe not a hero, but I like his style.
