I told you...they don't even know how long this can hide in internal organs...they know it targets lungs, kidneys, liver, heart and brain and some iin asia think it's damage is permanent....stupid to take this risk for entertainment or profit ...I'm against this happening to any Blazer player. I got my test this morning and if they don't call me in within 2 days I'm cleared.....now every phone call is like a panic attack.

Seeing how well New Zealand has done with the virus there are advantages for islands when trying to isolate.

Hawaii has the hotels, and it has 2 Arenas(Blaisdell, and the Sheriff Center) to handle the games. Great idea.

There are plenty of states in worse shape - chiefly New York. I'm not sure why there's this narrative about Florida handling this poorly - when NY has a death rate 10 TIMES HIGHER than Florida. People like to praise Cuomo when he literally killed thousands by forcing the sick into nursing homes.

The flights into New York at the peak of this were the cause....we didn't shut down European travel in time......Florida is a current hotspot and the Blazers aren't playing in New York. I think the whole country should be locked down until a proven vaccine is available and distributed...it's like someone posted ….having a designated peeing area in a public swimming pool is not going to work out

Yep - look at the second graph there - says all we need to know - not only are deaths not increasing in Florida - they are actually DECREASING. Didn't see the stats today - but despite the recent hysteria, the most deaths on Friday occurred, once again, in New York.

In worse shape? NYC is doing pretty good right now. Florida is a mess. Texas too. Didn't take it seriously.

More people live in New York and more people fly into New York. But why are we pitting stats against each other?

Doesn't make sense concerning my statement...anything Cuomo did was after the virus was in the city and had a grip on the population...and early on they did not know what they were dealing with....the travel from France and Italy was simply not shut down in time because Trump said it'd fade by April.....they had some serious damage control to deal with in one of the most populated cities in the world....does any of that matter? Florida is fucked up with the virus...why water that down? Let's compare states stats after this thing is history if we have that chance....we're only a few months into it...China actually burned people in locked buildings where infections raged. Cuomo also had to deal with protecting first responders who in many cases didn't have enough masks to wear to work.....lessons learned from New York. Trump is to blame for the spread we're experiencing....not Cuomo.

You obviously are not eating what Fox news is feeding you. It was all Gov Cuomo's fault because 123 people got sick in 3 retirement facilities due to spread by by 20 people that had no place else to go?
