On the other hand I can think of about 20 Bible verses off the top of my head where it commands Christians to love and be at peace with everyone, regardless of their beliefs.

Love and peace cannot be commanded. Neither can respect. This is one of God's many flaws, and what prevents him from being believable. He doesn't understand human nature, and he's a conceited and arrogant tyrant. He slaughtered the population of the world because they tried to live as free people. He's as evil as they come if you believe the bible.

Seriously, if he were real he'd be my arch enemy.
