Fox News? Well then, it must be true.

Quite obvious you don't follow ANY news source, or you'd already know how silly your post is.

How big is that bubble you live in? :dupnoevil:

Referring Podesta to SDNY is NOT the same as granting him immunity! It's arguably the opposite. So yes, your post about immunity was bullshit, sorry.

Not at all.

The article quoted is accurate and has been verified that Meuller OFFERED Podesta immunity.

The Gateway Pundit apparently used the word GRANTED when linking the article, which was incorrect since Podesta told him to pound sand.

Podesta, like Manafort, seems confident Meuller will lose.

The other 5 Dems obviously accepted immunity.

On the contrary (as usual), I follow first and foremost PBS The NewsHour.

On the flip side, Fox News has been wrong so many times that I've concluded that only a fool would follow it unless for sport. Wait a minute, Trump follows Fox. Could Trump be a . . . . ?

So I was correct, as PBS is not a news source other than a smidgen of socialist propaganda they toss out for their programmable minions. They are an entertainment/education organization and pretty much ignore daily news events.

Readers Digest is a more complete news source than PBS.

He has a far more accurate reporting record than you, and certainly more reliable sources.

Plus, there's the obvious record of bias and abuse of office Meuller and the DOJ have established by offering immunity to every Democrat associated in any way with the Clinton Crime Family who they can't protect by other means such as NOT INVESTIGATING THEM AT ALL.

What's Barfo got to do with the Veracity of Tucker Carlson? Nothing, zilch.

Also, who is this Meuller you refer to?

And another thing, you weren't supposed to know anything about the DOJ's conspiracy against Trumpites. Have you been sneaking into our weekly meetings?

Friday's 11-count indictment of former uranium transportation company executive, Mark Lambert, was the latest in a series of DOJ prosecutions involving individuals linked to the Russian nuclear industry and the Uranium One deal.

2b3182d_1.jpg

Mark Lambert

According to the indictment, Lambert and others at Transport Logistics International (TLI) engaged in several counts of bribery, kickbacks and money laundering with Russian nuclear official Vadim Mikerin, in order to secure business advantages with TENEX - a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Kremlin's state-owned energy company which bought Uranium One.

TLI would have ostensibly transported all of the uranium from the U1 deal, were it not for an FBI undercover mole buried deep within the Russian nuclear industry who gathered extensive evidence of corruption.

What many don't realize is that Lambert's Friday indictment is not the first linked to the Uranium One deal.

In fact, Robert Mueller's FBI had been investigating the scheme since at least 2008 - with retiring Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe assigned to the ongoing investigation which was hidden from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the Untid States (CFIUS). Had they known, the committee never would have approved the Uranium One deal with TENEX's parent company, Rosatom.

Four individuals were eventually prosecuted and given plea agreements after the Uranium One deal was approved. The prosecuting DOJ attorneys? Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and top Mueller investigator in the Trump-Russia probe, Andrew Weissman - who praised former acting Attorney General Sally Yates for defying Trump.

Unsurprisingly, all four indicted individuals were handed extremely light sentences, none of which made headlines.

The judge? Theodore Chuang - an Obama appointee who went to Harvard Law at the same time as Obama, advised Hillary Clinton as "Counselor on detail to the United States Department of State," and just so happened to strike down Trump's "Travel Ban" Executive Order. Chuang's wife, Jacinta Ma served as a senior policy advisor to Michelle Obama.

Which again begs the question, who's watching the watchers?
This means what? Does it mean that an indictment of Hillary is right around the corner?

Putin just told the entire world who colluded with Russia to influence our elections, offered proof, and backed it up by calling out Meuller and the DOJ to provide the accused deep state intelligence officers for questioning in exchange for the same for Meuller to question Russians.

Putin Claims U.S. Intelligence Agents Funneled $400 Million To Clinton Campaign

by Tyler Durden
Mon, 07/16/2018 - 17:10

Vladimir Putin made a bombshell claim during Monday's joint press conference with President Trump in Helsinki, Finland, when the Russian President said some $400 million in illegally earned profits was funneled to the Clinton campaign by associates of American-born British financier Bill Browder - at one time the largest foreign portfolio investors in Russia. The scheme involved members of the U.S. intelligence community, said Putin, who he said "accompanied and guided these transactions."

Browder made billions in Russia during the 90's. In December, a Moscow court sentenced Browder in absentia to nine years in prison for tax fraud, while he was also found guilty of tax evasion in a separate 2013 case. Putin accused Browder's associates of illegally earning over than $1.5 billion without paying Russian taxes, before sending $400 million to Clinton.

putin%20looking%20at%20hillary_0.jpg

After offering to allow special counsel Robert Mueller's team to come to Russia for their investigation - as long as there was a reciprocal arrangement for Russian intelligence to investigate in the U.S., Putin said this:

For instance, we can bring up Mr. Browder, in this particular case. Business associates of Mr. Browder have earned over $1.5 billion in Russia and never paid any taxes neither in Russia or the United States and yet the money escaped the country. They were transferred to the United States. They sent [a] huge amount of money, $400,000,000, as a contribution to the campaign of Hillary Clinton. Well that’s their personal case.

It might have been legal, the contribution itself but the way the money was earned was illegal. So we have solid reason to believe that some [US] intelligence officers accompanied and guided these transactions. So we have an interest in questioning them.
Some people will believe absolutely anything as long as it fits their wild eyed fantasies.

What an unavailing thread, the basis of which are several articles written by a fictional anarchist character from a film.

She is planning another run, its pretty obvious!

Grassley wants answers about FBI raid on whistleblower with information on Clinton Foundation, Uranium One

By Samuel Chamberlain | Fox News
Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has written to FBI Director Christopher Wray and the Justice Department's internal watchdog to request information about a raid on the home of a former FBI contractor who gave the watchdog documents related to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to a Russian firm's subsidiary.

According to The Daily Caller, 16 FBI agents raided the Maryland home of Dennis Nathan Cain on Nov. 19. Cain's lawyer, Michael Socarras, told the website that the agent who led the raid accused his client of possessing stolen federal property. In response, Cain reportedly claimed that he was a protected whistleblower under federal law and had been recognized as such by the DOJ watchdog, Michael Horowitz.

Socarras also claimed that Horowitz had transmitted his information to the House and Senate intelligence committees.

The documents in question allegedly show that federal officials failed to investigate possible criminal activity related to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian nuclear company whose subsidiary purchased Uranium One in 2013.

In his letter to Wray, Grassley asked on what basis the FBI raided Cain's home, whether the bureau was aware of Cain's disclosures to Horowitz's office; whether the bureau considered those disclosures to be protected, and whether agents seized classified information in the raid. Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has also asked Horowitz to update the panel on "the FBI's treatment of Mr. Cain's disclosures."

Grassley has given Wray and Horowitz until Dec. 12 to respond.

Fox News has previously reported that Douglas Campbell, an FBI informant involved in the deal, has testified to lawmakers that Moscow paid millions to American lobbying firm APCO Worldwide to influence Clinton and the Obama administration.

URANIUM ONE INFORMANT SAYS MOSCOW PAID MILLIONS IN BID TO INFLUENCE CLINTON

“The contract called for four payments of $750,000 over 12 months,” Campbell said in his statement this past February. “APCO was expected to give assistance free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the US-Russia Civilian Nuclear Cooperation agreement.”

Grassley has got to be the most ignorant son of a bitch in the Senate. One time I took my family to Washington D.C. We went to the Senate and Grassley was speaking. There was NO ONE to listen to him, only some aids shuffling papers and walking from desk to desk where they would have a conversation with each other, totally oblivious to Grassley. That's how much his intellect is respected in the Senate.

He's smart enough to question why the FBI is intimidating a whistleblower.

I'd like to know.

Mueller-referred probe into Obama White House Counsel Greg Craig, Clinton-linked Tony Podesta heats up: report

By Gregg Re | Fox News

Report: Mueller refers Podesta inquiry to NY prosecutors
Robert Mueller's investigation leads to new probes over illicit foreign lobbying; Jonathan Hunt reports on inquiries referred to the Southern District of New York.

An investigation referred to Justice Department prosecutors by Special Counsel Robert Mueller earlier this year, and looking into possible criminal activity by Clinton-linked Washington insider Tony Podesta and former Obama White House Counsel Greg Craig, is heating up, according to a new report that underscores federal authorities' newly heightened enforcement of laws governing foreign business relationships.

The inquiries center on Podesta, a Democratic lobbyist and co-founder of the onetime lobbying powerhouse known as The Podesta Group; Vin Weber, a former GOP congressman from Minnesota; and Craig, who also worked in the Clinton White House.

The probes had been quiet for months since Mueller referred them to authorities in Manhattan because they fell outside his mandate of determining whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia.

But in a flurry of new activity, Justice Department prosecutors in the last several weeks have begun interviewing witnesses and contacting lawyers to schedule additional questioning related to the Podesta Group and Mercury Public Affairs, people familiar with the inquiry anonymously told The Associated Press.

The New York work underscores the broad effects of Mueller's investigation, extending well beyond the central question of President Trump and whether or not there was Russian collusion. Mueller has made clear he will not turn away if he discovers alleged crimes outside the scope of his inquiry; instead, he refers them out in investigations that may linger on even after the special counsel's work concludes. Other Justice Department referrals from Mueller have ended in guilty pleas, including the hush money payment case of Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen.

INVESTIGATORS ALSO PROBING OBAMA'S WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL

The investigation reflects how Mueller, in latching onto an obscure law, has shined a lighton high-dollar lobbying practices that have helped foreign governments find powerful allies and advocates in Washington. It's a practice that has spanned both parties and enriched countless former government officials, who have leveraged their connections to influence American politics.

Special counsel has referred a number of cases to federal prosecutors in New York that reportedly have to do with high-profile lobbyists.

In New York, Mueller's referral prompted a fresh look at the lobbying firms of Podesta and Weber, who have faced scrutiny for their decisions not to register as foreign agents for Ukrainian lobbying work directed by Manafort.

STATE DEPT PROVIDED 'CLEARLY FALSE' DOCS TO DERAIL CLINTON DOC REQUESTS, 'SHOCKED' FEDERAL JUDGE SAYS

Podesta is a longtime Democratic operative whose brother, John Podesta, ran Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign; Weber is a former Republican congressman from Minnesota. Neither man has been charged with any crimes. Their firms have defended the decisions by saying they relied on the advice of outside attorneys.

Mueller's referral also involved Greg Craig, a former White House counsel for President Barack Obama. Craig supervised a report authored on behalf of the Ukrainian government, and Mueller's team has said Manafort helped Ukraine hide that it paid more than $4 million for the work. CNN reported in September that prosecutors were weighing charges against Craig.

It's unclear if the renewed interest will produce charges or if prosecutors are merely following up on Mueller's referral.

Lawyers for Weber and Craig and a spokeswoman for Podesta declined to comment. The U.S. attorney's office in Manhattan didn't return an email seeking comment.

Source says the Podesta Group lobbied several members of Congress, including Sen. Bob Menendez, on behalf of the pro-Russian Ukrainians and agents. And the Podesta Group wasn't just working for the Ukrainians.

Foreign lobbying work was central to Mueller's case against Manafort and his longtime associate Rick Gates, two high-profile Trump campaign officials who pleaded guilty earlier this year and have been interviewed extensively by prosecutors.

The Podestas have been frequent targets of Trump and his associates, who have repeatedly demanded to know why Tony Podesta has not been arrested and charged. Trump confidant Roger Stone, for instance, has insisted a 2016 tweet of his that appeared to presage the release by WikiLeaks of John Podesta's emails — "Trust me, it will soon the Podesta's time in the barrel" — was instead a reference to the brothers' foreign connections getting them into the hot seat.

In September, Manafort admitted to directing Mercury and the Podesta Group to lobby in the U.S. on behalf of a Ukrainian political party and Ukraine's government, then led by President Viktor Yanukovych, Manafort's longtime political patron.

While doing the lobbying, neither the Podesta Group nor Mercury registered as foreign agents under a U.S. law known as the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA, which requires lobbyists to declare publicly if they represent foreign leaders, governments or their political parties.

LAWYER WITH OBAMA, CLINTON TIES MAY FACE FEDERAL CHARGES

The Justice Department has rarely prosecuted such cases, which carry up to five years in prison, but has taken a more aggressive tack lately.

To secretly fund the lobbying and to avoid registration with the Justice Department, Manafort said he along with unidentified "others" arranged for the firms to be hired by a Brussels-based nonprofit, the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine, rather than the Ukrainian political interests directly.

Mercury and Podesta, which were paid a combined $2 million on the project, then registered under a less stringent lobbying law that doesn't require as much public disclosure as FARA.

Prosecutors say employees of both companies "referred to the client in ways that made clear they knew it was Ukraine." One Mercury employee said the nonprofit was the client "in name only," likening the situation to "Alice in Wonderland." A Podesta employee referred to the nonprofit's certification that it wasn't related to the Ukrainian political party as a "fig leaf on a fig leaf."

Mueller's team also noted that "the head of" the Podesta Group, an apparent reference to Tony Podesta, told his team to think the president of Ukraine is the client.

Real Americans working in THE FBI and DOJ are not only battling criminals in government, they are being fought by Deep State insurgents among their own ranks.

Whistleblower who gave info on Clinton blasts FBI over mystery raid: ‘Secret police state?’

A former FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower who supplied documents related to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Uranium One controversy is blasting the FBI over a mysterious raid on his home last month.

Questioning whether “we now live in a secret police state,” Dennis Nathan Cain took his frustration to Twitter on the heels of a report that the Justice Department is trying to keep the justification for the raid secret.

“So I blow the whistle on the FBI, get raided by the same FBI, and now they want to keep the FBI’s reasons secret? Do we now live in a secret police state? Feels a little like 1984,” Cain tweeted late Monday, citing The Daily Caller report.

The Daily Caller requested that the court unseal the search warrant materials, but the U.S. Attorney in the District of Maryland, in a court filing, said: “the request should be denied.”

The documents in question allegedly show that federal officials failed to investigate possible criminal activity related to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian nuclear company whose subsidiary purchased Uranium One in 2013.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, whose panel has oversight of the Justice Department, also penned a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Horowitz, requesting information on the justification for the raid of Cain’s home.

Grassley gave Wray and Horowitz until Dec. 12 to respond to his request.

An FBI spokesperson and a spokesperson for the inspector general declined to comment.

“As frustrating and violating as this feels to me and my family. I will continue to put my trust in God. Some day this life will pass away. I will stand before my maker with a clean concience[sic] and Jesus as my defender. Until then I continue to fight the good fight with God’s help,” Cain tweeted Monday night.

On Tuesday, he added: “Thank you for the outpouring of encouragement. You all are awesome. A boxer goes into his corner to rest for a minute, refocus, and get some sideline coaching. Then the bell rings and he’s ready to go another round. This fight is spiritual and God is in our corner. Ding! Rom 8:31.

Fox News has previously reported that Douglas Campbell, an FBI informant involved in the Uranium One deal, has testified to lawmakers that Moscow paid millions to American lobbying firm APCO Worldwide to influence Clinton and the Obama administration.
