If these ufo's indeed exist, and have been collected by the government, I believe they are more likely extra dimensional or time traveling (from our own future) in nature.

The theoretical application of folding space time with gravity/warp drives, and the likeness that if other civilizations exist across space, that many of them are ahead of us in technology, make it possible such vehicles could be extra terrestrial in nature. But, the former seems more likely to me.

If we're in contact with these alien races, it would be great to establish good relations with them and learn from them. They would have technology that knowledge that could really help us. But they seem to want to keep their distance. Are they under some kind of Star Trek prime directive, or do they see us like Jane Goodall observing chimps?

The biggest dumb mistakes humans are probably making is thinking they are extraterrestrials. The are actually subterraneans or subcontinental beings! In the ocean's depths and in mother ships under Antarctica

These beings seem to be interdimensional as Grusch and others have alluded to. They also seem to be bioengineered AI which is absolutely gnarly. The greys seem to be the"worker bee" of the "alien" kingdom. There are other races/species.
