Big Island in 2 weeks.

SFO for a few days and then on to the Big Island again at end of April/early-May.

Germany and somewhere else (Spain, France, Italy, or…?) in Europe end of May.

Back to the Big Island in June.

I see a whole lotta Big Island in my life, but excited to get back to Germany for the first time in three years (I used to go 1-3 times/year).

I may be in Spain in May (14 to 22), probably Barcelona. May do another Eurospot to split the week, not sure.

Have the week off to do honeymoon. We'll see. Probably decode in a month to see how the World is.

Nice! We were thinking Barcelona or Santiago de Campostela. Amazing food. The Rias Biaxas area along the coast is amazing. Best seafood ever. And I get hours-old, fresh tuna for like $4/lb. in Hawaii.

Yep.

Percebes and Cava.

I've always wanted to stay here, maybe I'll look into it but we aren't much into wine so maybe later in life. I think it's also rainy season in this area around May, I've been to Santiago de Compestela in May and it was pretty cold/rainy.

Frank Ghery designed hotel near Rioja/Burgos.

If you are in Spain in Early May, Girona has thr Temp de Flors festival, where they cover the city in floral displays. It's like the 7th to the 15th, I happened to be there like 6 Years ago the day before the festival and it looked pretty epic.

Also highly recommend if you are in Catalonia, to go to Figures for the Dali Museum.

Just got invited to a wedding down in San Diego at the beginning of March. Friend of mine is in the wedding and so is her ex husband, so I agree to be her plus one. Who knows how this will turn out!

Anyway, I'll have a lot of time to explore while she is doing BS wedding stuff. Any suggestions? Definitely going to rent a car.
Must sees, the zoo and Black's Beach.

I'm planning Germany and something else around April/may also. Let's all party! My buddy lives in Frankfurt so Ill stay with him for awhile then not sure what, depends on who goes with me. Might just hang out there for a month or two and be a bum

Germany, especially during Oktoberfest, is in my bucket list. First gotta get off hemo dialysis and on peritoneal dialysis. Unvaccinated idiots are standing in my way.

Dang, not the best vacation.

We're headed to Ft. Lauderdale this weekend for a concert at Seminole Hard Rock Cafe. Anyone ever been to a concert there? @EL PRESIDENTE?

Nope! Let me know how it is. Only been Ft Lauderdale twice, really quick as a stop in miami.

So trying to plan out Honeymoon in May again.

Thinking of flying LA to Prague, hang out there for a few days, then fly to Barcelona and then hang there. Maybe hit up some of the nearby towns or maybe Mallorca.

Paris is probably another choice, but its too big and we probably want something more compact as far as city center/tourism is concerned.

Good mix of different vibes. I've been to both, not sure where else to go. I really wish Asia was more open than it is, otherwise I'd go there.

Croatia

I do want to do Croatia, its def on my list. I think I'd need a dedicated trip for that, personally. I'd like to see the interior, go to the Drazen Petrovic Museum, etc. I just don't think I'd have time with Barcelona. I'd really like to go see Sagrada Familia again while its under construction.

Did a last minute trip to Vegas.

Man it's dead here. Really weird. I went here after the lockdown was over and it was packed. Now, really empty.

I was wondering why casinos were sending some crazy offers.

Anyway, we're staying at the Luxor. Pyramid corner suite, it's nice. Even has a livingroom. Free room for up to 4 days, $100 resort credit, $90 freeplay.

We're staying here 2 nights and then jumping over to downtown LV for a couple of nights.

Going to see what the discount tickets dues have.

Of and I guess they're putting in a temporary ice skating rink in the middle of the Bellagio fountain. Holding the NHL skills competition there.

January/Feb is always super dead in Vegas unless its CES. Starts to pick up during March Madness.

The East/West Shrine Game is Thursday, I guess Tom Brady is showing up for that. Also the NHL allstar game is being held here this weekend.

Neither of those things seems to be drawing people, lol.

Oh and the NFL draft is being held here. I wonder if I can sign up and get drafted?
