Hi all,
I have a friend from high school in Vancouver who has a daughter who is in remission from brain cancer. She is a single mom and some of the treatments came up when she was between jobs. If any of you would be willing to contribute even just a little to her cause it would be much appreciated.
Her story:
Here is the link if you would like to donate anything. Even $5 from a bunch of us would help.
Thanks in advance. Rich

Her story:
As many of you are aware, my 12 year old daughter, Hope Sophia was diagnosed in 2011 with Brain Cancer and has been Cancer free so far for 2 years. Upon first meeting her, Hope is loved by everyone. Anyone who meets her believes her sweet presence is to spread love, joy and courage. She draws you near to her with her bright light and infectious smile. During the surgery, chemotherapy and radiation Hope never complained or cried once! She is definitely a walking miracle and an inspiration to all. We are so thankful she is able to stay with us here on earth!
We are in need of help, and are praying her community and friends (near and far) will all come together and help support her. Although she is cancer free, the medical bills continue as she is required to have MRI’s and testing every 5 months to check for reoccurrence.
Back in November she was not covered by medical insurance, but still needed to have her MRI, which leaves medical bills totaling over $25,000 so far! This includes ongoing separate bills for the Radiologists, Blood Lab, Oncologists, Endocrinologists, and Anesthesiologists, medication, as well as attorney fees for custody issues. Hope and her family's journey has been overwhelming, but we count our blessings daily for continued miracles.
