Holmgren looks like a stick-boy (albeit a tall
stick-boy) playing against men.

Holmgren made some good moves but boy he definitely getting punished.
Really good for a guy his size putting the ball on the floor and going to the hoop.
I'd like to see the defender back off him and make him shoot from outside.

Miller had a rough outing.

ended up with 18/5/3 in 34 mins on decent shooting but also had 6 TOs and 7 fouls.

didn't watch though

He was much worse than his stats suggest, but in the end he can really shoot the open 3.

Chet has exceeded my expectations. Granted, they weren't super high, but his length is a problem.

Got better as the game went on.

Had some really dumb fouls.

Don’t know why they’re using him as a PnR ball handler. Clearly his weakness at the moment. So maybe that’s why they’re doing it but made some bad decisions.

Shot 43%(!!) from 3 (7 shots). 71% from the line (ouch, expected better) on 7 attempts and 45% overall.

Was a bit disappointed defensively.

Im happy for Sac fan and impressed as hell for how the city has supported them even in very tough times.
They’ve got an owner group thats committed and a new well experienced coach.

So it's Jordans fault Dame is leaving! Curses, he screwed us again!
Honestly it's for the best. We were going nowhere with Dame. It was obvious. At least we can start building with a plan in shape now, and mold the team to a vision.

I agree (and I say that as someone who didn't want to see him traded). They went as far as they were going to go with him, due to boneheaded mistakes that Olshey made, so it made little sense to trade away assets galore for a middle of the run end result.

The projections for the team honestly ended when LA left as a free agent. Everything since has just been treading water.
