Cronin definitely has to wait for summer league to finish. These are the players the Blazers would want if any of them look good.

I can't see it happening any other way. It is the only thing Miami has of value that we need. An SF with size and a PF who
can score. I am not counting on the Nets to offer more picks, but including Jovic and Jaquez is a no-brainer. Adding them both will not affect Miami's chances of being a contender next year. They absolutely should and will be included. They can keep Caleb Martin instead as he helps with their timeline and not necessarily ours.

I know he got picked 7th last year and people were saying he was a steal, and I was like 'man that's a really high pick' but I can really see how he could have went 2 or 1. Honestly he's what you want in a wing. He's athletic, he can move his feet... he is still working on that. He has high upside, can shoot at a high level already... I believe he was a steal of last years draft... along with me."

After one game in the summer league, suddenly, Miami offer shifting from "worst offer ever" to "oh, it would be lovely to get Jovic and Jaquez..., they can keep Caleb"

It's like finishing your 11y relationship (being drunk and emotional) for a young girl with heavy make up on her face.

If anything, it's not Dame that should be drug tested after his 71... Jaques should be drug tested now, because it is so obvious, that Pat will try to show him to us.
 
Why do people need to put down a player to make the player we chose look better? I watched Miller. Looked like a kid 12 months removed from HS playing in his 1st pro game. Nobody in Charlotte is upset after this kid put up 18/5/3 in 30 minutes.

Yeah the other highlights seemed less unusual but I guess I assumed since he was a young guy that he’d be more athletic is all.
 
His shooting seems fantastic. I suspect it is still the lingering illness he had. He will get better.

Sure take him too if you want.....and trade him later. He just is not a priority for me when we have a limited number of roster spots. Their two young players are a bigger priority however because we would, in theory, have a better chance of keeping them past next year. Certain players are system players and I have a hunch that Martin is one of those.
