Rapper Stat Quo recently said Greg Oden needs to come out of the closet and other remarks implying Oden is gay. Ron Artest, who claims to be boys with Stat, recorded a video in defense of G.O. Sorta. Artest never says “Greg Oden isn’t gay”, he only tells Stat get off of Oden.. So to speak.. and to worry about dudes in the industry like Lil Wayne and Jim Jones.

Why would it even matter if Oden was gay? Would it make him smaller or weaker? I don't care if Oden is gay, straight, bi or into S/M. Can he play ball? I think the answer is yes.


Besides, considering the level of homophobia in the NBA, it might actually be an advantage to be a big man who is gay. Other players may not want to touch you, so you get unimpeded looks at the hoop.
