Virus!

I have a virus on my PC called HTML_IFRAME.HT. I'm trying to get rid of it, but my Anti-Virus program, Trend Micro is either having a hard time with it, or I'm doing something wrong. Help!

The virus is giving me popups every time I browse the internet.
