I remember writing the day we got Vonleh that he doesn't force it and plays within himself. I watched him a lot at IU and this is kind of what you get with him. He was more efficient at IU and that's why I think he'll eventually develop into a double double guy. He has shooting ability and post skills, he's just not being asked to develop them within the framework of the game. One thing I think Stotts should do is encourage Vonleh to be more aggressive with the second unit to become more confident in executing on his skillset - this also means running plays for him. He has it in him.
