I've lost close to 20 pounds during the last 2 months....primarily due to two things: (OK, three....counting the pending divorce.)
1) Portion control. (Basically, still eat what I want....just less of it.)
2) Brisk walking. About 3 miles, four or five times a week.
I absolutely love walking! Totally hooked now. Anyone else?
